Bastard!!: Ankoku no Hakaishin reveals a trailer for its second part
On the official site for the new anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Kazushi Hagiwara, Bastard!!: Ankoku no Hakaishin (Bastard!! heavy metal dark fantasy), a promotional video for the second part of the project was released. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for next September 15 through the Netflix global catalog.
Currently, the anime is available within the Netflix global catalog with its first thirteen episodes. This second part then includes the fourteenth to twenty-fourth episodes of the series, and the content is shown within the promotional video in question.
For his part, Hagiwara published the original manga in the magazine ultra-jump from the publisher Shueisha between October 1987 and May 2010, compiling the work in a total of twenty-seven volumes. The work inspired a six-episode OVA anime adaptation produced by the studios. AICunder the direction of Katsuhiro Akiyama and scripts written by Hiroshi Yamaguchireleased in August 1992. As the dates indicate, the anime adaptation did not cover the entire story.
