Boku no Hero Academia reveals a new preview for its sixth season
A new promotional video for the sixth season of the anime adaptation of the manga was published on the official YouTube channel for the Toho Animation production company. Kohei Horikoshi, boku no hero academia (My Hero Academia). This new preview is made up of a series of images from the “Paranormal Liberation War” story arc featuring professional heroes like Endeavor, Shota Aizawa, Hawks, and villains like Dabi, Toga, and Shigaraki Tomura.
It should be remembered that this sequel will be released during the month of October in Japan.
In addition, it was announced that the two new OVAs of the fifth season for the franchise will be released globally on August 1 through different streaming platforms. These OVAs were announced last May under the titles Hero League Baseball Y Laugh! As if you are in Hell and will be screened in advance in theaters in Japan between June 16 and 19 this year.
The fifth season premiered in Japan in March 2021 and had a total of twenty-five episodes, while the platforms Crunchyroll Y Funimation took care of its distribution in the West. For his part, Horikoshi began publishing the manga boku no hero academia in the magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from the publisher Shueisha in July 2014. The literary franchise already exceeds 50 million accumulated copies in circulation.

Synopsis of Boku no Hero Academia
One day, a four-year-old suddenly realized: the world is not fair. Eighty percent of the world’s population possesses special abilities, known as “quirks,” that have given many the power to fulfill their childhood dreams of becoming superheroes. Unfortunately, Izuku Midoriya was one of the few who was born without a quirk, and suffered discrimination for it. However, he refuses to give up on his dream of becoming a hero; Determined to do the impossible, Izuku sets his sights on the elite hero training academy, UA Academy.
However, everything changes after a chance encounter with Izuku’s number one hero and idol, All Might. Discovering that his dream is not a dead end, the boy without powers undergoes special training, working harder than ever. Ultimately, this leads him to inherit the power of All Might and, with his newfound abilities, he enters the school of his choice, beginning his grueling journey to become the successor to the greatest hero on the planet.
