Girls und Panzer das Finale’s Fourth Film Reveals New Trailer and Release Date

On the official site for the multimedia franchise Girls und Panzer a new promotional teaser for the third quarter of the film project was published Girls und Panzer das Finale (Girls & Panzer: Saishuushou). The tape has its premiere scheduled for the year 2023 without yet disclosing a specific date.
Two new promotional images for the project were also revealed.


Production team
- Tsutomu Mizushima (another, Blood-C, shirobako) is in charge of directing the studies Proceedings.
- Reiko Yoshida (Art, D.Gray-man, Joukamachi no Dandelion) is in charge of writing and supervising the scripts.
- Isao Sugimoto (Bakuon!!, Denpa Kyoushi, Seikon no Qwaser II) is in charge of character design and animation direction.
- Shirou Hamaguchi (Aah! Megami-sama!, Hanasaku Iroha, one piece) is in charge of composing the soundtrack.
- Sayaka Sasaki performs the main theme song titled “Grand Symhpony” for the first three films, while ChouCho will interpret the musical theme of the remaining three.
The latest and third film in the project opened in Japanese theaters in March 2021. Meanwhile, the first film in this six-part film project opened in December 2017, followed by the second in June 2019.
Synopsis for Girls und Panzer das Finale
Momo Kawashima, a former student council member of the Ooarai Academy for Girls, is rumored to be required to repeat a year. Having failed her college entrance exams, she is far from spending another year in Ooarai, but her situation is, in fact, enviable.
The only way you could gain admission to college is through an athletic scholarship. With the Winter Cup drawing near, Momo becomes the commander of the Ooarai war team, to demonstrate her skills and cleanse her honor. Her first opponent, BC Freedom Academy, splits into two factions that are in constant friction. Despite the seemingly easy match for Momo, she soon regrets getting so overconfident in the beginning.
