Harem wo’s Isekai Meikyuu Reveals Trailer, Confirms Uncensored Version
On the official site for the anime adaptation of the light novels written by Shachi Sogano and illustrated by douji shiki, Isekai Meikyuu from Harem wo (Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World), the first promotional video of the project was published. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for July 6 in Japan.and shows a preview of the opening theme “Oath” interpreted by Shiori Mikami.
The press release also confirmed that the series will have a total of three versions with different censorship. The “TV Version” will include both image and audio censorship, the “Harem Version” will include image-only censorship and the “Super Harem Version” will not include censorship at all. It should be remembered that the Crunchyroll platform will handle its distribution in the West, although previous experiences would indicate that it will license the censored version (the pretext of “the explicit is an exclusive version” does not apply, since HIDIVE has licensed uncensored (or less censored) versions in the past, such as Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi).
Sogano and Shiki began publishing the light novels in December 2012 through publisher Shufunotome. The publisher published the tenth volume in March 2020, followed by the eleventh in December 2020 in Japan. A manga adaptation by Hyouju Issei is published in the magazine Monthly Shonen Ace from the publisher Kadokawa since May 2017.

Synopsis of Isekai Meikyuu from Harem wo
A man was about to commit suicide and decides to look for a way to die on the internet, but then he found a strange site that asked him endless questions and had a point-based system that allowed him to configure a character and add skills and abilities. Interested, the man spent a lot of time configuring his character, even forgetting his original goal, perhaps thinking that he would enter to experience a new video game.
However, at the end of the site he expressed: “Now you will be transported to a new world with the configuration you have chosen, but returning is not possible, do you still accept?” Without a second thought, the man accepted the proposal and instantly found himself in another world with the skills and abilities he chose to have. What will his new life be like now? Will he build his dream harem this second time?
