Kaguya-sama: Love is War – Ultra Romantic will end with an hour-long episode
On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by aka akasaka, Kaguya-sama: Love is Warit was announced that the twelfth and final episode of the third season, titled Kaguya-sama: Love is War – Ultra Romantic, will have an extended duration of one hour (also including commercials). The statement included a promotional video for this final episode, which will air on June 24 in Japan:
A new promotional image for this third season was also published, which includes the text: «goodbye romantic comedy». It had previously been indicated that the series would have thirteen episodes, but in the end it turned out that the twelfth will count double since it will last one hour.
This third season has been broadcast since April 8 and is confirmed with at least twelve episodes, while the platforms Crunchyroll Y Funimation they are in charge of its distribution in the West. For its part, aka akasaka the publication of the manga began in the magazine Miracle Jump from the publisher Shueisha in May 2015, and moved it to the magazine Weekly Young Jump in 2016.

Synopsis for Kaguya-sama: Love is War
At the renowned Shuchiin Academy, Miyuki Shirogane and Kaguya Shinomiya are the top representatives of the student body. Ranked as the top student in the nation and respected by his peers and mentors, Miyuki is the president of the student council. Alongside him, Vice President Kaguya – eldest daughter of the wealthy Shinomiya family – excels in every conceivable field. They are the envy of all the students, considered the perfect couple.
