My Happy Marriage Romance Reveals New Trailer

On the official site for the anime adaptation of the light novels written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka, My Happy Marriage (Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon), a new promotional video for the project was revealed. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for next July in Japan.

The video reveals more members of the voice cast, including:

Ayane Sakura like Kaya Saimori.
Koutarou Nishiyama like Koji Tatsuishi.
Hōko Kuwashima like yurie.
hiro shimono like Yoshito Godou.

Agitogi The novels began to be published independently in 2018, and later the publication began on paper with illustrations by tsukioka in January 2019 through the publisher kadokawa. A manga adaptation by rito kousaka is published in the service Bargain Online from the publisher Square Enix since December 2018.

Synopsis of My Happy Marriage

Miyo Saimori was the unfortunate daughter of a loveless arranged marriage. After her mother’s death, her father brought her lover and her new daughter, Kaya. From then on, Miyo’s life was reduced to that of a mere servant. Even worse, while Kaya inherited the family’s psychic abilities, Miyo had none, she really was a worthless child. After years of being treated like dirt, Miyo learned to keep her head down to others, hide her pain, and obey her every command. Therefore, it is not surprising that she is willing to marry Kiyoka Kudou, a military captain who is rumored to be so cruel that he has driven away all potential wives from her to date.

From a painful upbringing to a painful marriage, that is the future that awaits Miyo, or so she believes. Contrary to her expectations, her new husband is really kind-hearted. What awaits Miyo then is a blissful and happy marriage.
