PAWORKS Announces Original Anime Akiba Meido Sensou

The company Cygames in conjunction with studies PAWORKS announced the production of a new original anime titled Akiba Meido Sensō (Akiba Maid Wars). The release included a promotional video, the production team, and the participating voice cast.

• Queen Kondo as Nagomi Kazuhira, a woman who moves to Tokyo and dreams of becoming a cute maid in Akihabara.
• Rina Satō as Ranko Kazutoshi, a retired maid who has been away from Akihabara for a while.

• The group Kedamono Land Management Strategy Room the original story is credited.
• soichi masui (Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai, Hitsugi no Chaika) is in charge of directing the anime at the studios PAWORKS.
• Yoshihiro Hiki is in charge of writing and supervising the scripts.
• Manabu Nii (Bakuon!!, Hina Logi: From Luck & Logic) is in charge of character design and animation direction.
• Yoshihiro Ike (Dororo, Kuroko no Basket, Ergo Proxy) is responsible for the composition of the soundtrack.

Akiba Meido Sensou Synopsis

The teaser visual shows two maids handing out flyers in Akihabara. In the center is a slogan with the words “About moe and violence”. The promotional video also features the words ‘Cygames x PAWORKS’ and ‘Konshin no Oshigoto Anime’ and shows various maids, including Nagomi Kazuhira, a girl who came to Akihabara with dreams of becoming a cute maid, and Ranko Kazutoshi, a former maid who returned to Akihabara after a long absence.
