Popular Girl Group i☆Ris Is Getting Their Own Anime Film

During the event “i☆Ris 10th Anniversary Live~a Live~” It was announced that the musical unit of voice actresses i☆Ris will have an anime film that will be titled “i☆Ris the Movie: Full Energy!!” and which will be released in 2024 in theaters in Japan. Like the concert, the film is part of the celebrations for the 10th anniversary of the unit’s formation. Ticket pre-sale will be available during upcoming concerts and at select digital stores in Japan.

The music unit also announced the national tour (in Japan), “i☆Ris 8th Live Tour 2023“, which will visit the cities of Misato, Nagoya, Sapporo, Osaka, Sendai, Yokohama, Fukuoka and Tokyo between April 22 and June 24, 2023.

Finally, i☆Ris is made up of Saki Yamakita, Yu Serizawa, Himika Akaneya, yuki wakaiY Miyu Kubota, who also work as voice actresses. The group has participated in a large number of productions, highlighting Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live, stella fantasist, Sousei no Onmyouji, Mahou Shoujo Site, Kenja no Mage Y Tejina Senpai.

The group had a sixth member, Azuki Shibuyawho graduated from the group on March 31, 2021. The statement noted that Shibuya herself communicated to the staff her intention to leave from the spring of 2020, and respecting her wishes, the staff and members held multiple meetings, culminating in the decision for him to graduate from the group in March 2021.
