Solo Leveling anime could be delayed
A leak from Weibo assured that the anime adaptation of the webtoon created by Chugong, Just Leveling, it will be delayed due to production problems. The leak is pending confirmation, however, since the premiere was announced for this year, It is understood that now the premiere would be scheduled for the year 2024 or laterdepending on the scale of the problems.
Actually, the production has not revealed more details about this adaptation project in the studies A-1 Pictures since its announcement in July 2022, so the reasons for a postponement announcement would be understood. However, also It should be noted that this is a production of Aniplex, a company that this season has suspended almost all its anime on air due to “production problems caused by COVID-19”, although some say that this is not the real reason.
The productions of Aniplex seem to be characterized by work schedules that are impossible to meet by their studies, especially A-1 Pictures, which results in suspensions of the broadcasts of their series. Solo Leveling Synopsis
Since a portal that connects our world to another full of monsters and creatures of all kinds appeared, some people have acquired powers and the ability to hunt them, obtaining the name of hunters. The protagonist, Sung Jin-woo, is the weakest of the E-rank Hunters and barely stronger than a normal human. He is nicknamed by his fellow hunters as “the underdog”. One day, he and others find themselves trapped in an extremely dangerous dungeon, and only a few survive and manage to escape. Sung Jin-woo himself barely survives and is the only one to complete all the trials in this dungeon, becoming a “player”, now being able to see an interface that shows him quests, stats, inventory, shops, and levels.
