The anime Sugar Apple Fairy Tale already has a premiere date

On the official site for the anime adaptation of the light novels written by Miri Mikawa and illustrated by here, Sugar Apple Fairy Taleit was finally announced that the project has its premiere scheduled for the month of January 2023 in Japan, while the platform Crunchyroll will handle its distribution in the West.

Mikawa began publishing the light novels with illustrations by Aki in April 2010, and finished them in February 2015 with a total of seventeen volumes published by the publisher. Kadokawa. High Yukimura made a two-volume manga adaptation that was published through the service Hana to Yume Online from the publisher Hakusensha between the years 2013 and 2014.

Synopsis for Sugar Apple Fairy Tale
The fantasy novels are set in the Highland Kingdom, where fairies serve humans, and center around a girl named Anne. Anne’s mother has recently passed away, so she decides to continue her family trade and become a Silver Sugar Master, a special craftswoman who can create magical sweets. With Ella’s foul-mouthed fairy bodyguard Charles, she sets out on a journey to the capital.
