The light novels Danjo no Yuujou wa Seiritsu suru? they will have an anime

Kadokawa publishing house issued a press release announcing that the light novels written by lullaby lullaby and illustrated by PARUM, Danjo no Yuujou wa Seiritsu suru? (Iya, Shinai!!) (Can a Boy-Girl Friendship Hold Up? (No, it Can’t!!)), will have an anime adaptation. The statement did not reveal production details or a scheduled release date, or even what format the adaptation will take.

Nanana began publishing the light novels in January 2021, with illustrations by PARUM, through the publisher Kadokawa in Japan. The publisher published the fifth volume in August 2022, while a manga adaptation by kamelie is published through the magazine Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh since August 2021, with the first compiled book volume released in May 2022.
Synopsis for Danjo no Yuujou wa Seiritsu suru? (Iya, Shinai!!)
The romantic comedy novels focus on the relationship between Himari Inuzuka and flower lover Yuu Natsume, who swore to be friends forever during high school. They spend their time together happily even until high school. But when Yuu’s first love reappears in her life, their relationship gradually becomes more chaotic, and Himari and Yuu’s relationship slowly turns into something more.
